Delivery Policy
General information:
All products are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your
order, you will be notified.
Please do email us should you require for us to try and source an item for you which is on our
website but out of stock.

Delivery Location:
Items offered on our website will be couriered only. We make use of DSV couriers and as such,
deliveries will take place to the delivery address given by yourself. We currently only allow for
deliveries within South Africa.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days , commencing on the day of shipping, rather than the
date of order.
We make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 business days from the date of your order.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery
and/or items ordered.
Damaged items in Transport:
Please contact us immediately should there be any damage to the packaging on delivery.

Return Policy
Exchanges within 7 days of purchase/receiving goods only. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in
original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted.
In the event a desired item is out of stock with exchange, store credit will be given.
Any products purchased on sale will not be eligible for return or store credit.
There are no exceptions to this policy. By paying your invoice, you are agreeing to these terms and
conditions.
